If you cancel your booking with at least 7 days’ notice, then your deposit is fully refundable or transferable. Please ensure you put this in writing via email, and we can take care of this.
Our usual procedure is to redeem the deposit against your tab. If you wish to have it refunded, please speak to your server on arrival.
If, for any reason, a member of your party cancels, we can only guarantee the meal will be removed free of charge if it is at least 7 days before your booking. If it is less than this, the cost of the meal will be charged as ingredients are specifically ordered in for these pre-orders.
For parties of 20+ we ask for a pre-order at least 7 days in advance. However we can provide a limited main menu should you prefer to order on the day. For smaller parties we do not require a pre-order, but you’re welcome to pre-order if you would like to guarantee particular dishes. Also please note our canapes menu is only available to pre-order at least 7 days in advance.
Each board contains 10 items, so you can build an order to feed your guests as much or as little as you’d like. We recommend 1-2 boards per 10 people for a light snacky finger-food style selection. Or 3-4 boards per 10 people for a small plate full per person.
We recommend parties order at least 1-2 drinks per person to be ready on arrival. This helps you avoid queues at the bar and guarantees your preferred drinks selection right away.
