Meet our Head Chef, Reece!

Reece has always been passionate about cooking for as long as he can remember, and was “Always the kid hanging at my Nan’s leg in the kitchen.”

Reece loves the vibrant culture of The Cow, and working with other members of our friendly and talented Herd. He is excited to utilize creative opportunities for imaginative cooking and has big plans for the menu in the near future – with an emphasis on pushing the boundaries of creating the perfect “Big, juicy steak!”

Head Chef Reece’s Burns Night Supper Club

Join us on Sunday, 25th January 2026, for a very special Sunday Supper Club to celebrate Burns Night.

With a whiskey-infused three-course Scottish feast and a drink on arrival, all for a very January-friendly £35 per head!

Expect all the classics, including haggis (or vegan haggis), a traditional cranachan, and a cheeky nod to the battered Mars to finish.

We’ll also be leading the traditional Burns Night toasts, bringing a touch of ceremony and plenty of charm to the evening.

Spaces are limited, make sure you book in early for this one!
